Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to actions

2.Click on Draft requests needing viewing

3.Click on reply

4.Click on edit link for the existing comments

5.The comment area page keeps on showing loading symbol and in top shows alert message as "Cannot read property 'length' of undefined" After that cant scroll up and view the top content

Draft requests needing viewing: When trying to edit comment, the comment section keeps on loading and throws an error alert.
