Steps To Reproduce:
1) Login to module as admin
2) Click on Checklist
3) Set Checklist as ITAR Yes and Parameterized score to checklist
4) Observe the Same will inherit to child checkpoints after save
5) Now click on Checklist name and Try to change the Score to list
6) Assign some list values
7) Click on Save

Try this Vice versa like assign list first and then change to parameterized score and save displays alert
