2) Create LPA schedule
3) Login as auditor
4) Perform audit and Upload audit record and Submit to auditee
5) Login as auditee
6) Click on corrective actions
7) Click on CAR number hyperlink
8) Fill the mandatory fields
9) Click on Submit
