1) Login as admin
2) Click on selection screens where ever it is applicable as mentioned in Description

Colour Code / Selections across module is changing between ITAR and Non ITAR user

For ITAR user it displays in blue colour
For Non ITAR user it displays in Grey colour Not only in user selection area in some screens like equipment,checklist...etc where ever selections are applicable
