Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as admin ITAR
2) Click on Checklist menu
3) Create a Checklist as IS ITAR Yes
4) Create a checkpoint underneth Checklist
5) Observe the Is ITAR Status for checkpoint and Either try to change it to Yes

Description

When is ITAR and Score and Logic is set of a checklist the same should get inherit from Parent to child but it is not happening Is ITAR for a checkpoint is getting changed to NO but when tried to change to Yes as meaning trying to convert as Yes system displays validation .
