Steps To Reproduce:

1) login as admin
2) Click on LPA schedule
3) Create adhoc audit on same day using same data
4) Not Confirm one of the audit using Not confirm status
5) Again click on Not confirm audit from LPA schedule screen
6) Observe the Adhoc audit window
