Steps To Reproduce:
1) login as admin
2) Click on LPA schedule
3) Create adhoc audit on same day using same data
4) Confirm one of the audit using confirm status
5) Observe the LPA schedule screen the status of audit

Description
1) When confirmed one of the Multiple audits to confirm and remaining are not confirm in LPA schedule screen system displays as Approved instead system should displays a tool tip in which it should list confirmed and Not confirmed audits.
2) The same is displaying for Not confirm audit either as Not confirm
3) If one of the audit is confirm and Other is not confirm system is displaying only the first status whether it is confirm/not confirm
