Steps To Reproduce:

click on cancel button in adhoc audit screen
Select the reason for cancel
Click on Cancel
need alert as Are you sure you want to cancel the audit with following details like start and end date auditee and equipment name etc..?
Click Ok and Display as Audit cancelled successfully..!

Need a proper validation for cancel the audit after selecting excuse reason from the drop down

expectation: click on cancel button in adhoc audit screen
Select the reason for cancel
Click on Cancel
need alert as Are you sure you want to cancel the audit with following details like start and end date auditee and equipment name etc..?
Click Ok and Display as Audit cancelled successfully..!
