Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu
3.Right click on the Global PI and Select a Production Item
4.Click on the AIAG-VDA Design Menu. New window will open
5.Click on Design VDA tab and select Failure Analysis menu
6.Add Risk values in Risk popup and click OK
7.Observe the Screen or DFMEA

Description
Added Risk data are removed when refresh. Even in DFMEA it is not displayed.

In Process VDA it is working fine.

Risk data are applied only when no changes are made in the popup and directly clicking OK button.
