Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as admin
2) Click on module setup
3) Click on Checklist
4) Click on Checkpoint
5) Click on Select and Create new parameter button
6) Create a new parameter
7) Click on Save or save and Add
8) Close the window
9) Observe the Select and Create new parameter window

Description

1) Select and Create new parameters window is displaying Done button after a new parameter is created.
2) Select and Create new parameter window no need to display slide bar in the bottom
3) Needed a maximize button.
