1) Login to module as admin
2) Create adhoc audit button
3) Create Multiple Schedules on Same date using same data
4) Observe

Description

System should display all the multiple tentative audits on same day/week when scheduled Multiple adhoc audit

There is no display of multiple audits on same date

Expected : It should display with + sign as same as Audit pro

fixed.. will check after next sprint.. Apply filter in dialog box if we have multiple audits on same day
