Adhoc Audit-> Cancel / Delete Excuses are not Feasible to use

Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login to module as admin
2) Create adhoc audit
3) Fill all the mandatory fields
4) Click on save
5) Again click on same adhoc audit
6) Click on Cancel/Delete
7) Try to select Excuse reasons in the bottom of the page

Description

Adhoc Audit-> Cancel / Delete Excuses are not Feasible to use when clicked on drop down displays all the available excuses but when scroll down using Vertical slide bar Excuse reasons are getting hided automatically so that User cant able to select Required excuses
