Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login to module as admin
2) Click on module setup
3) Click on Excuse reson menu
4) Select Any excuse reason
5) Click on Delete
6) Observe the validation

Description

Excuse reason master->For a newly created Excuse reason when tried to delete system displays Alert as "Dependency Exist"

Expected -> Should display Dependency alert only if excuse reason is used
