Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as HRPRo admin

2. Click on this module symbol and select hrpro.
HRPro homepage will open.

3. Then go to records page and select the record.

4. change the status and click save.

Description

Records page - change the status from inprogress to completed and save.It shows users did not complete the survey.
but if we close the the page and see it shows completed.
Also while assign test, the training evaluation shows 2 times in action page.

It occurs when we add 4users(steve, tony, and shop floor users denver, mike).

Not able to replicate - Also while assign test, the training evaluation shows 2 times in action page.
