1.Login as RFD module administrator

2.Click on Main and select any PI

3.Select DFMEA and add a row

4.Add Function Requirement and Failure for focus element

5.Goto Failure Tree and click on flowdown indicator

6.add the Function Requirement and Failure for child element

7.Select the Checkboxes till failure and click OK

8.Observe the screen and indicator

9.Click on the indicator and expand all the nodes

10.observe the failure
