Steps To Reproduce:

1) Logion as admin
2) Click on Checklist menu
3) Assign checklist as pass/fail against checkpoints and Value as Pass for all
4) Create schedule using Same checklist
5) Login as auditor
6) Click on perform audit
7) Click on Upload audit record
8) Observe the checkpoints logic is not displays as Pass/fail
9) again login back as scheduler
10) observe the same checkpoints value as set in point no 3 as pass will be changed to fail automatically

Description

1) Perform audit->Fill checklist page is not displaying the assigned logic "Pass/Fail" for checkpoints though it is defined in checklist area for checkpoints.

2) Logic set as Pass/ fail for some checkpoints before schedule created and After schedule is created logic set as pass as Answer "Ok" is getting change to Fail.
