Steps To Reproduce:

1) Logion as admin
2) Click on LPA schedule menu
3) Click Create Lpa schedule
4) Click on the auditor drop down
6) Change auditor
7) Click on save without entering auditor change reason
7) Observe the alert

Description

Excuse reason to change Auditor/ Change date and alert labels need to convert for the following fields

1) labels conversion
2) Excuse reason is not displaying any data though it is available in any of the change requests
3) Change checklist labels
