Steps To Reproduce:

1) Logion as admin
2) Click on LPA schedule menu
3) Click on Adhoc audit button
4) Fill all the mandatory fields
5) Click on save
6) again click on respective audit
7) Click on delete button in adhoc audit screen
8) Observe the data
