Reports: Cosmetic Issues are there when we drill down the Reports fully (Refer the Screenshot)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuAPro Module User

2.Click on Reports Tab -> Open any Report (Risk Reduction Rate)

3.Select the values in the required fields -> Click on View Reports

4.Click on "Production Item" link to Drill Down the Reports to the end

5.Click Cascade PFMEA PI -> Click Cascade PFMEA Local 01 in Process Segment Link -> Click on Operation Name as "Flange & Crankshaft assembly location, loading in Pallet"

6.Scroll Up and Down -> View the Merged Words

7.Observe the Result

Description

In the Reports, if am selecting a PI and drill down it to the end and scroll up and down to view the Title or Links which was merged each other as one by one like in the given Screenshot. Mostly Occurred in Risk Reduction Rate, Current RPN vs Original RPN, Compliance with Due Dates of Recommended Actions Reports.

NOTE: Fix this issue in both Process Reports and Design Reports
