Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login into EwQIMS Application
2.Request Draft
3.In Pending Document Draft click on Change Request
4.Select Attach Draft option
5.Click on Continue
6.Go to Document TOC
Issue : The revision shows no value . The revision should be 1
