Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module administrator

2.Click on Main and select any PI

3.Select Item Definition menu and click on State Transition Diagram

4.Select an item and drop on the grid

Description

Selected item/Shape moves along with the mouse and cannot be dropped
