Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as Auditor
2) Click on Perform audit
3) upload audit record
4) upload NC to checkpoint 1 and submit to auditee
5) login as auditee respond to the checkpoint 1 finding
6) Close out the checkpoint 1 as auditor
7) Create a new LPA schedule using the same checkpoints
8) login as auditor
9) upload audit record
10) Observe the checklist filling screen (System should display the closed checkpoints again for a newly created LPA schedule)

LPA Audit If one of the check point is identified as NC for one workstation means the same check point should be removed from randomization until the NC or OFI is getting closed
