Steps To Reproduce:
1.Click on supplier Menu
2.Click on New button
3.Enter Supplier Name/Code/Email
4.Select SQI Engineer/Manager
5.Select Supplier type other than New Vendor
6."Add" button will be enabled and click on "Add" button to add Parts
7.Select Plant and Part
8.Click on done button
9.Observe alert showing Type is required

Description
Now only for Supplier Type : New Vendor ,"Default" option is displayed in the Type drop-down
Need to have the same provision for all Supplier Types
