Architectural/Block Diagram - After saving 'Make as Preliminary Architecture' option in Dynamic PA, system displays blank Scope in Block Diagram

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module administrator

2.Click on Main and select any PI

3.Select Item Definition menu and click on Dynamic Preliminary Architecture menu

4.Draw a new diagram and click on Make as Preliminary Architecture button

5.Click OK button in the Popup

6.Goto Architectural/Block Diagram option

7.Observe the diagram
