closedFolder Management - In Edit ITAR Route the selected Route (Assign by Admin ) is not displayed , while clicking on save the alert says Select ITAR Route. Allowing user to unchecked the Edit ITAR Route option and to allowing to save.

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login into EwQIMS Application
2.Click on Folder management
3.CLick on Edit ITAR Route
4.Select Assign by Admin or Inherit from parent for the sub level
5.Click on Save

Description
Folder Management - In Edit ITAR Route the selected Route (Assign by Admin ) is not displayed , while clicking on save the alert says Select ITAR Route. Allowing user to unchecked the Edit ITAR Route option and to allowing to save. But while requesting Doc it goes for the selected Route process

- Subject changed from Folder Management - Not Able to Select Assign by Admin and Inherit from Parent as a ITAR route to Folder Management - In Edit ITAR Route the selected Route (Assign by Admin ) is not displayed , while clicking on save the alert says Select ITAR Route. Allowing user to unchecked the Edit ITAR Route option and to allowing to save.
