Failure Tree & EFC Tree: Not able to remove the Flow up connection

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3. Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4. Click on the RFD Tab
5. Click on Failure Tree
6. Expand Parent level
7. Click Flow up icon on Child Element
8. Remove the Flow up connection
9. Click on Ok button
10. Observe the result

Description

Failure Tree--> Not able to remove the Flow up connection from child Element.

This issue also in EFC Tree.

Note: Flow Up functionality not working in Failure Tree and EFC Tree.
