Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3. Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4. Click on the RFD Tab
5. Click on VOC
6. Click on Add button
7. Right Click on Number field
8. Observe the Result
9. Click on Refresh button
10. Again Right click on Number field
11. Click on Requirement Tree/Failure Tree/EFC Tree from context menu
12. Observe the Result.

Description

Issue 1: VOC-->Click Add button--> When I Right click on a Number field, it does not displays the Context menu. Once the page was refreshed it working fine.

Issue 2: After that Right click on the VOC table Number field and click on Requirement Tree, Failure Tree and EFC Tree from the Context Menu. System will show the error like "JS Error"

This issue also in Description and Checkbox field.
