Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to IC
2.Click on Inspection parameters
3.Select the PI
4.Add an operation
5.Click on operation to open characteristic grid
6.Add a new characteristic without providing Inspection method/Gage value
7.Click on Save
8.Observe behavior

Description

Inspection Parameters : "Select" value is displayed by default in Inspection method/Gage field, if no value is selected form the drop-down
Same "Select" is displayed in Receiving/Final Inspection sheet also
