closedonce the document in linked to deliverable info then cannot able attach another document(FST).After deleting the document also it is not allowing to attach the document

Steps To Reproduce:
1)Login as Project Manager
2)Click on project link
3)Select the deliverable
4)Click on Deliverable info icon
5)Click on Input document
6)Click on Aqua Document
7)Select PI from the TREE list
8)Select Document from the dropdown
9)Now again try to attach another document for the same deliverable
10)Observe the alert
11)Delete the attached document and click on aqua for another link
12)Observe the alert

- Subject changed from once the document in linked to deliverable info then cannot able attach another document(FST).After deleting the document also it is not all to attach the document to once the document in linked to deliverable info then cannot able attach another document(FST).After deleting the document also it is not allowing to attach the document
