Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3. Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4. Click on the RFD Tab
5. Click on VOC/Requirement
6. Click on Delete
7. Observe the Result
