1) Login as auditor
2) Click on perform audit
3) Upload audit record
4) Publish the audit report for approval
5) Observe the email to approver

Description

Requesting approvers to approve audit report email is not generating to approver after submit by auditor but request is displaying in approver login but after approve /Rejected email is not generating

and also terminated the request as auditor email content is displaying wrong

while approving the audit report approving request as approver page keeps loading in both chrome and IE as well
