When deleting attachment in the project charter(after charter publish) there is no response on first click, again clicking on the delete button shows access denied.

1)Login as Project Manager
2)Go To Project listing screen
3)Select the project
4)Click on Charter Button
5)Delete the attached document
6)Observe the behaviour

Description

When deleting attachment in the project charter(after charter publish) there is no response on first click, again clicking on the delete button shows access denied. But the document gets deleted actually . It is reflected only after some refresh in the charter page
