Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as scheduler
2)Click on LPA schedule
3)Click on create schedule
4)login as auditor/Auditee
5)Navigate to actions
6)Select the LPA audit and click on confirm/Not confirm button sa auditor/Auditee
7)Observe the email to scheduler

Need to discuss : We don't have an option to trigger Email from randomized audits in earlier version. only appointment email will trigger if audits confirmed by scheduler. not by auditor/auditee
