Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu
3. Click on the PI Tab
4. Click on Create Production Item
5. Enter New PI and click create option
6. Observe the prompt
7. Again click on Functions Net/Failures/EFC Tree
8. Right click and select Edit Requirement
9. Observe the Prompt
