Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuAPro Module User

2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main2

3.Select PI -> Open PFMEA Document

4.Right-Click on selected PI -> Click on New Production Item option

5.Observe the Result

In Main2, If the User opens the document and working for a while and he tries to create a New Production Item its displaying JS Error as
"Line: 1204
