Inspection Search Entry: Search Button is not working properly

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Click on Actions Tab and Goto Search Inspection Entry
5.Enter all the Mandatory fields
6.Click on Search Button
7.Observe the Results

Observation: After Entering all the Mandatory fields and Clicking on Search Button its not showing any Inspection Entry and also its not giving any output

Description

In the Search Inspection Entry if we entering all the Mandatory fields and clicking on the Search Button means its not giving any output and also there is no sign for Searching
