Interface Matrix - After double clicking on one cell and clicking on other cell, system does not allow to enter the values again

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu

3.Right click on the Global PI and Select a Production Item

4.Click on the AIAG-VDA Design Menu. New window will open

5.Click on Design VDA tab and select Interface matrix

6.Double cllick on any cell

7.again double click on another cell

8.Now click on the previous cell
