closedWhen the Scope/Goal/Deliverable element is added in between the attachment then the project charter is not loading.

Steps To Reproduce:
1)Login as Project Manager
2)Go To Charter Template listing screen under Setup tab
3)Create a Form
4)Add Attachment element
5)Add scope/goal/deliverable element in between or below attachment section
6)Save the form
7)Go To Projects listing screen
8)Click on New button
9)Select the pillar from the dropdown
10)Observe the charter page keeps on loading

Description
When the Scope/Goal/Deliverable element is added in between the attachment then the project charter is not loading.
But same we tried before multilanguage gets enabled . at that time it was working
