1. Login EwQIMS as MSA Module Administrator
2. Set date format as "yyyy-mm-dd" and click on Gages
3. Observe the date

Description

Issue 1: Gage(YYYY-MM-DD): Unable to save the Gages

Issue 2: When selecting the Last study date as "2020-02-01" for 1 Month frequency the next due date is displays as "2020-03-10".
