Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Click on documents
4.Select the document and click on add to download list bitton
4.Select the document
5.Click on add to download list button
6.Need validation
7.Select the document which was already downloded
8.Click on add to download list button
9.Need validation

Description

1.once the documents are downloded, its better to give alert message as download complete
Select the document which is already downloded and click on Add to download list→Better to give validation like, documents are already downloaded like that

2.When the document size is set as 1MB in Doc settings, then when trying to download the document more than 1mb→By that time there is no response,,so need alert message
