Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as MSA Module Administrator
2. Click on External lab calibration menu
3. Enter the mandatory field
4. Enter the uncertainty value as "0.32325456885"
5. Click on save and close out button
6. Observe the uncertainty value
