Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on auditor utilization report
3. After selecting all the data in filters, click on view report button
4. Observe the result

Report -> Auditor Utilization -> The report is not displaying the data when try to view with the "Type-Utilized / Not Utilized". The system is showing no data available

Till Cy-3 we could see report. But in this cycle its not working
