Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login into EwQIMS application
2.Click on Route
3.Click on New
4.Select position based
5.Select Position
6.Now check the ITAR check box
7.click on save
8.Allowing to Create ITAR route with adding positions

Routes : Allowing to select Position based route for ITAR

Case:
1.Select Position
2.Check the ITAR heck box
3.Click on save

On Publishing the ITAR doc the documents is not going for approval process
