Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as ITAR AQuAPro User

2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main/Main2

3.Expand Global PI -> Select any of the ITAR PI

4.Publish PFMEA into the Level (which having ITAR & NON-ITAR Route)

5.Login as ITAR Route User -> Goto DocPro Module -> View in the Actions Menu

6.Now Login as NON-ITAR User -> Goto DocPro Module -> View in the Actions Menu

7.View the Published Document in the Actions Menu

8.Observe the Result

Description

Publishing the AQuAPro ITAR PI in the Level which having ITAR & NON-ITAR Route, By Default its taking the NON-ITAR Route. If the Level carries a NON-ITAR Route and also the ITAR Route then its not taking the ITAR Route for the ITAR PI Publish. Its taking the NON-ITAR Route only.
