1.Login as FST module administrator
2.Create any PI
3.Select the created PI
4.Select DFMEA
5.Observe the result

Description

When New PI is created in FST, by default it is creating a Technical Safety Requirement Group in DFMEA (Refer Description)

When the PI is created in RFD the Technical Safety Requirement Group is not reflected in (RFD)DFMEA. But the same PI is viewed in (FST)DFMEA, Technical Safety Requirement Group is displayed.

This is already faced in last Cycle but we are not able to replicate the Issue hence reported in this Build.
