Actions Menu: DFMEA Actions are not working

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuAPro Module User

2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Actions

3.Click on DFMEA in the My Activities

4.Click on the required DFMEA Actions -> Edit/Update the Action

5.Click on Save Button -> View in the Action Menu & Main2 DFMEA Document

6.Observe the Result

Description

For the DFMEA Actions if the User update the values its not updating in the Action List and also its not updating the latest changes in the Main2 Menu
