Steps To Reproduce:

Fill checklists-Raise NC-do not upload
change the nc to OFI and upload
both nc,ofi is listing in perform audit screen Find (Conditionaly approved status) is displaying properly
Edit audit records
Change OFI to No NC and upload
Submit to auditee(approved supplier status twice displaying)
