Steps To Reproduce:
1.Go to IC
2.Click on Inspection form standard
3.Click on one PI and open the Inspection form details
4.Click on Attach files option
5.Attach a doc form local machine
6.Click on save button
7.Again open the PI to open Inspection form details
8.Observe result
