Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Die menu
3. Create a Die and select the activity
4. Click on Die PM Supervisor calendar
5. Click on scheduled WO
6. Observe the Planned maintenance list

Description

Issue 1: Die PM Supervisor calendar: The scheduled WO is not showing in the calendar PM maintenance list. When clicking on scheduled WO, it shows blank screen.

Issue 2: Once the WO is generated, the created Die is not showing in the Die PM Supervisor calendar(Die 4)

Issue 3: When clicking on Die 1 Monthly frequency scheduled WO, the Die detail getting deleted from the calendar.
