Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as AQuAPro Module User
2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main2
3.Expand Global PI -> Select any of the PI
4.Open PFMEA Document -> Enter the Values in the Effects Column
5.Click on OK Button
6.Observe the Result
